What this site collects

If you submit the contact form, Blue North Cyber receives what you typed into it: your name, email address, company, optionally your phone number, and your answers about your environment and timing.

That is the only information you actively give this site. There are no accounts, no logins, and no cookies set by Blue North Cyber itself.

Why it is collected

To reply to your enquiry and to scope a possible engagement. Nothing more. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. If we do work together, the engagement letter sets the retention terms for anything gathered during the work — including the documented deletion of assessment evidence ninety days after delivery.

You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted sooner at any time, and it will be.

Who processes it

Three services are involved in running this site, each acting on Blue North Cyber's behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to the Blue North Cyber inbox.
• Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
• Google Analytics — if enabled, records anonymised usage statistics such as which pages are viewed. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and you will get an answer within one business day.
